These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the More4Less website and all services provided by More4Less LLC. By completing a purchase, you are expressly agreeing to these Terms.

7. MANDATORY DISPUTE RESOLUTION & CHARGEBACKS

7.1. Pre-Chargeback Dispute Resolution

Before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute, you agree to first contact More4Less LLC at More4less@More4lessshop.com. This is a condition precedent to your right to file a dispute.

7.2. Agreement Regarding Evidence

In a dispute, we will provide irrefutable proof of delivery. You acknowledge that initiating a chargeback despite such evidence may be considered "friendly fraud."

13. USER-GENERATED CONTENT & REVIEW POLICY

By posting a review, comment, or other content on our Site, you grant More4Less LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual right to use, reproduce, and delete such content at our sole discretion.

13.1. Prohibited Content

You agree not to post any content that is:

• Factually False: Claims that contradict tracking data or documented shipping evidence (e.g., claiming non-delivery when GPS tracking shows delivery).
• Defamatory: Statements intended to harm the reputation of More4Less LLC or its owner through libelous or malicious falsehoods.
• Bad Faith: Reviews posted as a result of a resolved dispute, or reviews intended to extort refunds or "freebies."

13.2. Right to Remove

More4Less LLC reserves the right, but not the obligation, to monitor and remove any user-generated content that violates these Terms or is deemed inaccurate based on our documented business records. Removal of a false review does not waive our right to seek legal remedies for defamation.

12. General Legal Provisions

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky. This is the entire agreement between you and More4less LLC.
