All items are purchased pursuant to a shipment contract. This means the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the shipping carrier (e.g., USPS). More4Less LLC is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages during transit.

5. Returns & Refunds

7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

You agree to contact us via email to resolve any payment issue before initiating a chargeback. In the event of a chargeback, we will provide the payment processor with all evidence of the transaction and delivery. You agree that proof of delivery from the shipping carrier to the address provided constitutes irrefutable proof of receipt.

You and More4Less LLC agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive your right to participate in a class action lawsuit.

12. General Provisions

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky. If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. No waiver of any term shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term.
