Items in their original, unopened condition with the manufacturer's seal intact.
Items that include all original parts, accessories, and packaging.
Items free from any signs of tampering, alteration, or use.

What's Not Eligible?

Opened or used merchandise.
Final sale or clearance items.
Products damaged after delivery.
Items returned without their original, complete packaging.

Refunds are processed within 3 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

What if my package is lost or damaged?

Once a package is handed over to USPS, its journey is in their hands. If an item is lost or arrives damaged, you will need to file a claim directly with USPS. We are happy to provide any documentation or information needed to support your claim.

I made a mistake in my shipping address. What can I do?

Please double-check your address at checkout. If you notice an error after ordering, contact us immediately at More4less@More4lessshop.org. If the order has not yet shipped, we can correct it. We are not responsible for deliveries to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
