We’ll send you a prepaid shipping label to make your return easy and free.
- Items in their original, unopened condition with the manufacturer's seal intact.
- Items that include all original parts, accessories, and packaging.
- Items free from any signs of tampering, alteration, or use.
- Opened or used merchandise.
- Final sale or clearance items.
- Products damaged after delivery.
- Items returned without their original, complete packaging.
Refunds are processed within 3 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

Sometimes, USPS misses the initial scan. The tracking may not update until the package reaches a major hub or is out for final delivery. For the most accurate status, always check the tracking number directly on the official USPS website.
What if my package is lost or damaged?
Once a package is handed over to USPS, its journey is in their hands. If an item is lost or arrives damaged, you will need to file a claim directly with USPS. We are happy to provide any documentation or information needed to support your claim.
I made a mistake in my shipping address. What can I do?
Please double-check your address at checkout. If you notice an error after ordering, contact us immediately at More4less@More4lessshop.org. If the order has not yet shipped, we can correct it. We are not responsible for deliveries to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
