I liked the explanatory email I received from Chad after I d placed my order so I knew what to expect and what not to expect. My package arrived well packed, sooner than I d expected it considering it s still a holiday season; the items were protected from any possible damage. I received a couple free promotional items as well that, if I d had the choice, I would have selected not to receive. I also wished the Tip section explanation was included at the time of payment or before rather than after the payment was completed. Overall, I had a really good experience buying from More4less and will consider this seller first for my next shopping needs. I also feel better supporting small businesses directly vs platforms where sellers only get a percentage of sales.
